How can we process data related to your alarm code?
If you have been assigned an alarm code for access to Huset under bron’s office premises or other spaces, we register the code together with your name in our alarm system. When you use your alarm code, the use is logged in an electronic log where only the alarm code and time of use are recorded. The purposes of this processing are to prevent, detect and investigate security incidents. More specifically, this means that through the registration of name and number, we can block the correct code if you notify us that you have lost your code and ensure that no unauthorized person is given access to our premises.
Our legal grounds for processing are our legitimate interests in a safe working environment and protecting company property. The code log is only reviewed for very strong reasons and only to the extent that it is permitted for us to do so by law, such as when there is strong reason to assume that unauthorized people have had access to the premises, that an employee has acted in violation of the law or agreement or if otherwise necessary for security reasons.

In cases where we process your personal data with an agreement as a legal basis, we will process the data as long as the business relationship lasts. If the business relationship ends, the data is deleted no later than one (1) year after the end of the business relationship. We will save information that we are legally obliged to save (for example, according to the Accounting Act).
Any personal data relating to invoicing/payment and where continued processing of the data is required by law is processed for seven (7) years according to the Accounting Act. Any personal data that appears in agreements that have been terminated are saved for ten (10) years due to the limitation period according to the Limitation Act.
You are always welcome to contact Huset under bron by email: trygghet@husetunderbron.se with questions about the processing of your personal data or if you wish to assert any of your rights as follows:
You have the right to know which personal data we process about you. Please state clearly in your request what information you want to receive from us. The information is free and we will provide it to you without undue delay (within one month). If for any reason we are unable to provide you with the information you request, we will explain why to you.
You have the right to request correction of your personal data. It is important that the data we process about you is correct. If you change your name, email address and other contact information or discover that we have information about you that is incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that we correct it.
You have the right to request us to delete your personal data (right to "be forgotten") if the data we process about you is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be obligations for Huset under bron – both contractual and legal – that prevent us from immediately deleting parts of your personal data (see information above regarding how long we store personal data). If you request to be deleted, we will delete all information about you that we can delete. The other personal data that we are obliged to save according to law and other obligations, will be blocked so that they can only be used for such specific purposes.
In certain situations, you have the right to request that we temporarily limit the processing of your personal data. This can happen, for example, if you have requested correction of your personal data and it takes time for us to accommodate your request. In such a case, the personal data may be restricted while we are handling the case.
You have the right to obtain information in machine-readable format (data portability). In some cases, you have the right to receive the personal data that we process about you in a machine-readable format.
You have the right to object to such activities that we carry out with your personal data that are supported by a so-called balancing of interests (see above which treatments may be relevant to you). Specify that the word will be handled if used.
If you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of current data protection legislation, we would of course be grateful if you told us at trygghet@husetunderbron.se. From now on, you have to wait for the data to appear.
